Dr Prabodh S Halde has more than 25 yrs of experience in Food Industry ranging from Quality, R&D, and Regulatory. He is Ex-President of AFST India. He is a motivational and Technical speaker and delivered over 300 seminars all across India and abroad. He is an Executive committee member of Solvent Extractor’s Association, Director at BOEMA, Trainer for FSSAI and FDA and supported over 150 food startups. He represented India 5 Times for Codex meetings

Sanjeev Kumar Sharma has 12+ years of experience in Research & Development in Multinational Food Industries. He has completed B Tech (Food Sc) from CFT Parbhani and M Sc (Food Tech) from CFTRI Mysore. He has authored three books and is an active blogger on different topics of food technology.

Vinay Kumar Singh is a research scholar at National Central University of Taiwan, he has over 13 years of industry experience. Currently, he is working in Germany as Data Science manager enabling Business Transformation and value creation through data-driven application. He is responsible for Digital Transformation, Data Science, Digital finance, and Industry 4.0 implementation

Ms. Dhanupriya Souresh Coumar is M.Tech Food Technology. She has experience in analyzing the global food ingredient market and has expertise in the European and Asian regions. She is responsible for Project management and generating Market Research reports based on analysis and estimation of supply, demand and current market for food ingredients in the USA, Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand, India and South-East Asian countries.
