Details of the program:
The training will cover requirements of water quality, water quality regulations, and key analytical techniques of water. Demonstrations on chemical testing of water will be shown to the participants for better understanding. The training will be divided into two sections.
First Section: A brief introduction to water quality requirements followed by regulatory requirements of water by Dr. Seema Bajaj (Principal Scientist and Technical Manager, SITEL Laboratory, A division of Muez Hest India Pvt Ltd.)
Second Section: Discussion and actual demonstrations of the Analytical Methods to determine water quality will be conducted by Ms. Shilpa Dhamankar (Quality Executive) and Ms. Ankita Humbre (Chemist).

Dr. Seema Bajaj (PhD in Food Engineering and Technology)
Dr. Bajaj is Principal Scientist and Technical Manager at Muez Hest India Pvt Ltd. She is working in the area of Food Technology since 9 years. She has experience in product development, analytical method development and validation, equipment handling, project scale up, stability studies, and regulatory. She has worked extensively on stability of bioactive compounds and has published 10 research articles in international journals of good impact factors.

Ms. Shilpa Dhamankar (MSc in Inorganic Chemistry)
Ms. Dhamankar is working as Quality Executive at SITEL Laboratory (A division of Muez Hest India Pvt Ltd). She worked extensively in the NABL accredited laboratories, has knowledge of ISO/ IEC 17025: 2017 and has more than 7 years of experience in food and water analysis.

Ms. Ankita Humbre (MSc in Organic Chemistry)
Ms. Humbre is a Chemist at SITEL Laboratory (A division of Muez Hest India Pvt Ltd). She is working in the field of analysis for more than 4 years and she has hands on experience in food and water analysis.
