The courses are designed & convened by Sanjay Indani, renowned Food Safety Trainer, Auditor & Advisor. He is also a Master Trainer with FSSAI & has conducted more than 200 training programs in food safety for various institutions. The courses are vetted by various food experts like Dr Prabodh Halde, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, etc.
